Job Description

As a Regional Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and team to achieve revenue targets. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans, managing relationships with key clients, and identifying market trends to expand the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. They should possess strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

The ideal candidate will also have experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the business footprint.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of the sales team.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and trade shows.
