About This Role

As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality relationship-based care to individuals with complex needs.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and work-life balance. You will be based at our residential site, working closely with our experienced team to provide emotional and spiritual support to clients, their families, and staff.

  • Provide pastoral care and support to residents and relevant family members.
  • Develop and implement tailored plans to enhance the spiritual and emotional wellbeing of residents and families.
  • Liaise with managers, case managers, and attend staff meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing pastoral care and support to residents and relevant family members.

  • Conducting assessments to identify resident and family needs and goals.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that address the spiritual and emotional wellbeing of residents and families.
