Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly-driven individual to join our leadership team as a casual Duty Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team and delivering exceptional service on shift, in collaboration with the senior management team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the business in the absence of senior managers
  • Conducting open and close procedures, including secondary cash handling
  • Training, leading, and coaching of existing and new team members
  • Handling customer enquiries and feedback
  • Working as part of the management team to maintain high NPS scores
  • Ensuring the safety of all team members and customers
  • Communicating and implementing operational standards and policies on shift

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience as a level 3 cinema employee
  • Competent in all front-of-house departments and with cash handling
  • Strong computer literacy
  • An advocate of our Values, Vision, and Purpose
