
Office Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, including the ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing and bank reconciliations. They will also be proficient in budgeting, reporting and liaising with external accountants.
Additional responsibilities include handling front desk operations, such as answering calls, responding to emails and client communication, as well as coordinating office supplies, meetings, events and providing general admin support.
