Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Linfox's Intermodal business unit is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team in Acacia Ridge QLD. This permanent full-time opportunity requires working Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm with reasonable overtime.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and third parties to meet customer expectations and ensure safety/compliance guidelines are followed.
  • Manage accurate documentation and records related to manifests, delivery schedules, and compliance.
  • Track loads end-to-end, including prior to dispatch, during driver on-site time, and confirmation of dispatch or delivery completion.
  • Develop and maintain open communication lines with stakeholders to serve customers efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
  • Strong time management and planning skills will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently and provide timely, safe, and effective advice and solutions.
  • Adaptability to changing demands and pressures, with effective communication across all levels internally and externally.
  • A strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
