This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of our first projects in the region, while contributing to our continued growth as we secure and deliver more civil works in the Bundaberg area.

About You

You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost management and reporting
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
  • Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
  • Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements
