Support Client Needs

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support clients with cerebral palsy in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.

The Role:
  • Support clients to develop and maintain independence, advocate for their individual needs, and promote empowerment.
  • Deliver personalized care by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using equipment and aids.
  • Transport clients in wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
  • Monitor the well-being of clients and report on their progress.
Roster:

This part-time role is 20-25 hours per week, offering morning, day, and afternoon shifts (no overnight shifts).

Requirements:
  • Have a compassionate nature and help our clients thrive.
  • Hold a valid NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
