JLL is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering a world-class experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, catering, and weekly food orders
  • Coordinate events and meetings, track invoices, and process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
  • Perform office opening and closing procedures, answer and transfer calls, and greet guests
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the work environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in a receptionist, facilities, or customer service role
  • Recent graduate or transfer from hospitality/customer service industry
