Corporate Receptionist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Sydney. As the primary point of contact for our facilities operations, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating events and meetings, tracking invoices, and processing mail and packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform office opening and closing procedures, including managing office supplies and maintaining a professional appearance of the work environment.
- Answer and transfer calls, greet guests, and maintain a guest sign-in system.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on-site client expectations are met, and build effective client and stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
- Document and advise the manager of any identified equipment, furniture, or fittings that require maintenance.
- Procure common office supplies and requisition in the system.
Requirements:
We are looking for a friendly, pleasant, and energetic individual with a strong customer service background. The ideal candidate will have experience in a receptionist, facilities, hospitality, or customer service role and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
