Job Description

BaptistCare is at an exciting juncture, requiring a dynamic, purpose-driven professional to guide organisational strategy during this period of transformation.

Working closely with the Head of Strategy and Executive Team, you will facilitate the development and monitoring of BaptistCare's organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication of organisational strategy to the Board and Senior Leadership Group.
  • Conduct evidenced based research and data analysis to inform policy positions, high-level strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Evaluate current internal programs and acquisition opportunities for efficiency and strategic alignment.
About You

To be considered, you will have:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years relevant work experience in Strategy, consulting, research or equivalent.
  • Experience in detailed research and analysis which facilitates strategic decision making.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a number of projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines.
  • Genuine alignment with BaptistCare's vision, purpose and values.
