Client Due Diligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Client Due Diligence Specialist to assist our business in the onboarding process for new customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in high-risk customer review and enhanced client due diligence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and assessing registrations to ensure a smooth transition from online registration to full verification.
  • Assisting clients through the onboarding process by communicating directly with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Responsible for sales know your client (KYC) of clients and ensuring full understanding of their needs.
  • Providing assistance in day-to-day processing of client paperwork and queries.
  • Evaluating enhanced customer due diligence (ECDD), including anti-money laundering/counter-terrorism financing checks/KYC analysis and client screening.
  • Managing ongoing client due diligence activities/fraud alerts triggered by screening or monitoring outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in High Risk Customer Review/Enhanced Client Due Diligence is beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Integrity, reliability, and good work ethic.
  • Efficiency and exceptional time management skills.
