Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Leader to join our team. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.

  • You will lead by example and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyse data and reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and develop a high-performing team.
