About the Role:

Our stores are designed to bring something new to shopping, combining beautiful produce with a sense of community. Our teams empower leaders like you to take ownership of the entire store floor.

You'll lead a diverse team across all areas, from replenishment to fresh produce to service checkouts, ensuring no two days are ever the same. To succeed, you must value passion, pace, and customer obsession, supporting your team in delivering exceptional results every day.

About You and Your Skills:

  • Experience leading a team to deliver great service by engaging, educating, and inspiring customers.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences through enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire a team of passionate customer-focussed team members.
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, including rostering, performance management, and coaching.
  • The availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends).
  • A passion for championing customer and community engagement initiatives, driving culture, and inspiring a love of food.
  • Coaching, developing, and inspiring team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work.
