Senior Retail Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Retail Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and team development across multiple store locations.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate your team to achieve outstanding results in KPIs and added value targets through effective coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Closely monitor store sales to identify areas of missed opportunity and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to company rostering standards and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development through succession planning and talent identification.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced environment.

  • Operational excellence, including experience with stock control, visual merchandising, and wage management.
