Accommodation Manager Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to oversee the smooth operation of serviced apartments and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate reservation systems to ensure efficient booking processes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise front-of-house teams, ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Oversight of room service operations to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery to guests.
  • Direct housekeeping activities, maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-maintained environment for all rooms and public areas.
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Promote and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols in all hotel operations.
  • Control the selection, training, and supervision of staff, equipping them to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Hold regular meetings with staff to discuss operations, address issues, and share updates.
  • Implement performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in hospitality management or related field (desired).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on accommodation management.
  • Previous leadership experience, encompassing team management, hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in quality control of services.
  • Familiarity with reservation and property management systems.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
