Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and confident chef to lead the breakfast team and service.

A successful candidate will have experience as a chef in a hotel environment, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced service.

The ideal candidate will be able to prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards, maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, and assist in stock management and inventory control while managing costs.

Key responsibilities include leading the breakfast kitchen brigade, supervising and setting a positive example for the team, preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting with stock management and inventory control.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel environment advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced service.
  • Trade qualifications from a culinary school.
