Key Role:

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a skilled chef, preferably in a hotel environment, with a strong background in breakfast service.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage a fast-paced service and motivate team members.
  • A passion for using quality ingredients, presentation, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Relevant trade qualifications from a culinary school or equivalent experience.
