Breakfast Kitchen Team Leader

At the heart of a luxury hotel, we are seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie to lead our breakfast kitchen brigade and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Breakfast Kitchen Team: We expect our ideal candidate to possess strong leadership skills, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality.
  • Cook and Prepare Breakfast Dishes: Our breakfast chef must have the ability to prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and industry trends while managing costs and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Team: We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
  • Maintain Health and Hygiene Standards: Our breakfast chef must uphold and enforce strict health and hygiene standards ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A proven track record as a Chef de Partie in a hotel environment is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced service are crucial.
  • Quality Ingredients: A passion for quality ingredients and presentation delivering outstanding guest experiences is expected.
