Job Title: Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Frontline Hospitality Melbourne West.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sports bar and bistro, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. This includes managing staffing, handling stocktake, ordering, and inventory management, as well as implementing and managing budgets and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Operations:
    • Oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
    • Manage staffing, including rostering, training, and performance supervision.
    • Handle stocktake, ordering, and inventory management to ensure efficient operation.
  • Leadership & Management:
    • Lead by example, setting high standards for staff performance and service.
    • Implement and manage budgets and financial controls to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
    • Coordinate and execute functions and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled professionally.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Utilize strong business skills to drive operational excellence and financial performance.
    • Support the management team in strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Provide support during peak times and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
    • Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • MUST have valid RSA, RSG, TAB, and Gaming License.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience with rostering, stock take, and ordering processes.
  • Ability to handle functions and events with attention to detail.
