Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient restaurant operations, maintaining the high standards of quality and service that we have become known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance
  • Improve guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service
  • Maintain efficient operating procedures, including staff rostering, timesheets, and staffing allocations
  • Implement training programs, company policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Open and close the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high-volume operations
  • Experience in engaging, leading, and motivating a large team
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to work a flexible rotating roster, including nights and weekends
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
