Job Title: Venue Accreditation Manager

About the Role:

The Venue Accreditation Manager will play a pivotal part in a Local Organising Committee (LOC), established for delivering the 2026 AFC Women's Asian Cup in Australia. This event will bring together 12 nations in a tournament structured into three groups of four, celebrating women's football and multicultural Australia, and delivering legacy outcomes for football and Australian society.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a high-profile international event, utilising your expertise in accreditation management to ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement accreditation strategies and procedures
  • Manage client accreditation registration processes
  • Collaborate with safety and security teams to guarantee the quality of information, protection of data and operations
  • Design and deliver accreditation manuals, procedures and operations under guidance of AFC Accreditation and Access Lead and LOC Accreditation Manager
  • Manage accreditation centres operations and access
Requirements:
  • Background and experience in accreditation and/or working in venue management or at events
  • Understanding of accreditation and access management operations and its integration in accreditation within venue operations
  • Knowledge of venue operations (stadium)
  • Ability to manage and operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple projects concurrently and under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills including MS Office and comfortable with using other IT programmes
