Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accreditation Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and delivery of accreditation services and operations for a major international sporting event.


This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale project with a dynamic team, delivering a high-quality experience for clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client accreditation registration process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with safety and security teams to guarantee the quality of information, protection of data, and smooth operations.
  • Oversee the management of accreditation centres, including logistics, facility management, and technology.
  • Develop and implement accreditation manuals, procedures, and operations under guidance from senior leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver training to accreditation staff, safety and security personnel, and volunteers.
  • Manage volunteer teams and rostering, ensuring adequate coverage and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., events management, hospitality, business administration).
  • Proven experience in accreditation or venue management, with a focus on operations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and adaptability.
