About the Role

Do you have proven experience in the field of medical accreditation? If so, we would like to hear from you. Our client is a well-respected local business specialising in Medical. We are currently seeking applicants who fit the following criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintains systems and records to ensure commencement and ongoing accreditation and credentialing requirements are captured and updated for medical staff (Doctors and non-Doctor staff).
- Ensures an understanding of hospital site specific credentialing requirements as it applies to medical staff and ensures they meet these requirements.
- Well-developed computer skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced time management skills and able to juggle concurrent tasks whilst working toward compliance and registration renewal deadlines
- Scheduling and coordinating mandatory training requirements.

Key Selection Criteria
- Understanding of and/or experience in a similar role in Medical Accreditation/Compliance.
- Extensive stakeholder engagement experience and ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining accurate records and database management with an eye for detail.
- Ability to confidently manage conflicting work priorities with a calm and professional approach.
- Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level skills in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proven ability to work as a member of a small team and to carry out duties with limited supervision.
