Warehouse Operations Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in managing warehouse and distribution operations to ensure seamless supply chain management for industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform specialized tasks in daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Optimize storage space and material flows to maximize safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound logistics activities, collaborating with relevant parties to streamline processes.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate shipments to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Operate equipment safely, with or without certification, as required.
  • Conduct independent research and apply advanced knowledge to optimize warehouse operations, contributing to overall business performance.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS tools is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player spirit are necessary, with excellent learning agility.
  • Ability to work independently, organized, and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical skills and risk mitigation abilities are crucial.
  • Experience with SAP is highly valued.
  • At least 3 years' experience in warehouse operations and transport management.

Associates must adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring quality control. They are responsible for meeting individual job requirements and contributing to the organization's compliance.
