  • A strong background in sales or business development, ideally in convention sales, large events, or hospitality.
  • A history of achieving (and exceeding) revenue targets.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and an understanding of yield and revenue management principles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work outside standard business hours when required.
