HVAC Team Leader Position Overview

Lead a team of skilled professionals in daily reactive and preventative maintenance activities for an aviation client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day Refrigeration/HVAC operations supporting the Operations Manager.
  • Perform maintenance, fault finding, and minor projects on HVAC/R assets.
  • Interpret HVAC schematics and utilize testing devices effectively.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contract standards and client expectations.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional work.
  • Supervise and mentor apprentices and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role covering team leadership is essential.
  • Strong customer communication, relationship building, and service delivery skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety policies and compliance is necessary.
  • A relevant trade license is mandatory.
  • Citizenship of Australia is required due to security clearance necessities.
