  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste and increase profitability.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements / Qualifications

To be successful as a Shift Leader, you will need:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
