About The Role

Overview

Team Global Express are seeking Forklift Drivers to join our team in Emerald. These are full-time, permanent roles. Earn up to $35/hour plus penalties and super. Overtime is available and will be offered on a needs basis.

Responsibilities
  • Unload and load vehicles and sort them appropriately and safely
  • Scanning freight, freight sortation and re-palletising of freight
  • Picking and preparing runs for following day
  • Palletizing freight for travel where required
  • Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner
  • Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions closely
  • Identify damages and report in accordance with site process
  • Ensure compliance and safety is always adhered to
  • Must have a safety-first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
  • Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes
  • Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps where required
  • Location Allowance is provided in addition to the standard hourly rate, as well as 15% superannuation

What You'll Bring

  • Current & Valid Forklift License (Mandatory)
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously where required
