The Centurion mine is seeking an experienced CHPP Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the operating team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the CHPP operations team, ensuring safety, compliance, and contractor management standards are upheld.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing production targets, including feed throughput, yield, product quality, train loading, and water management. They will also be responsible for driving a strong safety culture by conducting investigations, reviewing risk management tools (JSA's, SOP's), and taking corrective action where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the CHPP operations team
  • Manage production targets, including feed throughput, yield, product quality, train loading, and water management
  • Drive a strong safety culture by conducting investigations, reviewing risk management tools (JSA's, SOP's), and taking corrective action where required
  • Develop, mentor, and support Operator/Maintainers, providing feedback and performance management to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure accurate reporting, shift logs, and data entry into AMPLA to support operational efficiency and compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of CHPP operations and management principles
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
