Lighting Team Leader

Arup is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lighting Team Leader to join our Melbourne office. As a leader in the field of lighting design, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring a team of creative professionals to deliver exceptional results on a wide range of projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing a team of designers, engineers, and technicians to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about lighting design and has a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels. You will be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of lighting designers, engineers, and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in lighting design and implement them in our projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in lighting design, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lighting design, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in lighting design and implement them in our projects.
