Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote the team's expertise and services
Requirements:
- Recognized tertiary qualifications in lighting design, architecture, interior design, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in lighting design software and tools
- Membership of relevant professional institutions or significant credit towards eligibility for membership
