Join Our Team as a Lighting Team Leader

Arup is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lighting Team Leader to join our Melbourne office. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring a team of lighting professionals to deliver exceptional results on a wide range of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting design, architecture, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improving processes and procedures, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of lighting professionals to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in lighting design, architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
