About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Advisor to lead our training and development strategy, fostering connections across the organisation that empower our teams to thrive. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders and training teams across Queensland Rail to provide expert advice and develop contemporary training initiatives.
  • Develop and drive the Training and Development strategy, ensuring our learning programs align with business objectives and maximise leader impact.
  • Lead and manage key stakeholders, acting as the bridge between the business and our training and development function.
  • Work collaboratively to explore innovative solutions that meet future skills training needs across diverse client functions.
