About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Supervise and manage construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Reporting: Provide regular project reports to stakeholders, including time, cost, and quality updates.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other external stakeholders.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and is completed in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  5. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Experience: A proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.
  2. Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and control projects.
  3. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction practices, including building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  5. Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
