Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to other PP&C Professionals by applying specialist toolset knowledge, contributing to the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associated WBS Dictionaries, managing approved baseline changes, and undertaking detailed planning activities including rolling wave planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a subject matter expert (SME) and provide support to other project planners by applying specialist toolset knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associated WBS Dictionaries.
  • Manage approved baseline changes.
  • Undertake detailed planning activities, including rolling wave planning.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting activities, including capturing actuals, status, Estimates to Complete (ETC), and variance analysis.

About You

  • You have previous experience as a Project Controller / Project Scheduler / Cost Schedule Analyst.
  • You have strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
  • You have experience in scheduling/planning with Primavera P6 or OpenPlan.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have a current Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
