Technical Server Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Server Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing efficient multiplayer gaming server solutions using C#/.Net, with experience working in a gaming environment. In this role, you will work closely with Unity experts to debug and enhance Unity integration with the server, as well as collaborate with hosting/infrastructure experts to develop and maintain solutions for deploying and updating the solution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient multiplayer gaming server solutions in C#/.Net
- Debug and enhance Unity integration with the server
- Work with hosting/infrastructure experts to develop and maintain solutions for deploying and updating the solution

Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience working with C#/.Net in a relevant multiplayer project
- Understanding of supporting technologies; socket connections (TCP and UDP), data compression, encryption, etc.
- Experience working in a gaming environment, preferably with experience developing solutions in Unity
- Experience with cloud hosting and deployment, preferably AWS
- Knowledge of source control (preferable GIT), JIRA
- Familiarity with mySQL, memcached and redis

Desirable Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate ideas, solutions and issues effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges
