Overview

This role is focused on delivering technical assistance, troubleshooting and guidance to ensure smooth payment and claims processes for healthcare businesses.


Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and friendly support to healthcare customers via phone and email
  • Guide customers on setting up practice management software to integrate with payment facilities and troubleshoot issues
  • Troubleshoot payment and claiming issues for Medicare and Private Health Insurance and provide guidance with confidence
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Call centre background with experience handling inbound or outbound customer interactions
  • Understanding of healthcare claiming in Australia including Medicare and Private Health Insurance processes
  • Tech-savvy approach with ability to navigate CRM systems
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex information
