Job Title: Real Estate Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing existing and new tenancies, establishing relationships with tenants and landlords, and ensuring compliance with ethical practices and legislation.

About the Role:

  • Manage existing and new tenancies, including lease administration and rent collection
  • Establish and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure smooth communication and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including real estate trust accounts and ethics guidelines
  • Oversee maintenance issues, report incidents, and coordinate with maintenance teams or subcontractors
  • Process applications efficiently and accurately
  • List properties when they become available for rent
  • Manage arrears and collections
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections, as well as routine inspections

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)
  • Proven experience in real estate property management
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong systems knowledge across a range of software, particularly PropertyMe
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
