Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to secure a challenging and rewarding role as a Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service to clients by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with property owners and tenants to handle enquiries and manage compliance and maintenance requests.
  • Provide administrative support for portfolio management, including tasks such as data entry and report generation.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Conduct property inspections and meet contractors on site to ensure seamless execution of work orders.
  • Manage rental and outgoings arrears to minimize losses and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate management.
  • Knowledge of commercial leasing laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
