Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Manager

This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the operation of our Omni-Fulfilment Centre in a safe, secure, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports both employees and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all services and processes critical to the Distribution Centre, with a strong focus on safety, security, preventative maintenance, contractor management, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all MHE and wheeled equipment, ensuring any damages are reported, discussed with relevant Zone Managers, and actioned immediately.
  • Ensure security, contractor performance, and MHE operations comply with senior management directives, customer requirements, and business expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety policies and legislative requirements.
  • Previous experience in maintenance and security operations.
  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state security law requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical refrigeration and thermodynamics (HVAC).
  • Familiarity with electrical codes to effectively supervise electrical contractors.
