Your Role in the Team

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of customer remediation incidents. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing effective solutions to meet customer needs.
