The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and resourceful couple with a passion for guest service and park operations.

This unique opportunity is ideal for a couple with complementary skills, as one person will focus on grounds maintenance and the other on reception and housekeeping. As an onsite couple, you'll enjoy a collaborative role in maintaining the park's high standards while ensuring guests have an outstanding stay.

This role requires a motivated and experienced couple to provide exceptional guest service, manage bookings, perform housekeeping tasks, and handle administrative duties. The successful applicants will also be responsible for performing general park maintenance, including landscaping, gardening, and basic repairs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Grounds Maintenance:
    • Perform general park maintenance, including landscaping, gardening, and basic repairs.
    • Ensure amenities, facilities, and recreational areas are clean, safe, and inviting.
    • Manage waste disposal, monitor utilities, and maintain the overall appearance of the park.
    • Assist with compliance and safety standards.
  • Reception & Housekeeping:
    • Provide exceptional guest service, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries.
    • Manage bookings using the park's reservation system.
    • Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning cabins and shared facilities.
    • Handle administrative duties, such as payments and reporting.
  • Shared On-Call Responsibilities:
    • Respond to after-hours guest needs and emergencies as required.
    • Ensure smooth park operations during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • A motivated and resourceful couple with a passion for guest service and park operations.
  • Relevant experience in grounds maintenance, housekeeping, or reception is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work on-call and during peak times.
  • Basic computer literacy for managing bookings and correspondence.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and First Aid training.
