Waterpark Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and responsible Waterpark Attendant to provide exceptional customer service in our waterpark.

This role involves ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable experience in our facility, which includes:

  • Greeting guests and verifying correct wristbands upon entry
  • Monitoring guest behavior and enforcing waterpark rules
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the waterpark area, including tables, bins, and gardens
  • Reporting issues such as parking, cleaning needs, or safety concerns to management
  • Supporting team communication and following WHS procedures, escalating emergencies as needed

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • A current First Aid certificate and Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong customer service and cross-department communication skills
  • The ability to work independently, make decisions, and raise concerns confidently
  • Physical capability to lift, clean, and assist around the pool
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards providing exceptional customer service
