Park Manager Role

">- This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a busy holiday park, ensuring that all facilities and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.">
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality or tourism management, with experience in managing a holiday/caravan park. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, financial accounting skills, and administration skills.">
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging in marketing activities to maximise revenue opportunities, implementing budgets and managing operating costs effectively, maintaining facilities to the highest standards within budgeted costs, and attending to after-hours call outs as required.">
- We are looking for someone who is able to work autonomously and think independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement proactive management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on value enhancement and commercial acumen.">
- The successful candidate will be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including staff, guests, and external partners. They will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.">
