As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of one of our holiday parks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day park management, maintaining high standards of customer service and facility maintenance.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and achievement.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and reconciliation.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards within allocated budgets.
  • After-Hours Support: Provide 24/7 support to ensure uninterrupted services to our guests.

Requirements:

  • A seasoned leader with a proven track record in delivering exceptional results.
  • Qualifications: Hospitality, Tourism, or related field qualifications.
  • Experience: Practical experience in managing a holiday/caravan park, demonstrating expertise in leadership, financial management, and customer service.
  • Skills: Strong administration, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to think independently and work autonomously.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively managing them.
