Water Park Attendant

Our water park is seeking a friendly and responsible attendant to provide excellent customer service, ensure the safety of our guests, and maintain the cleanliness of the water park area.

Job Description:

As a Water Park Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting guests, ensuring correct wristbands are worn upon entry, monitoring guest behavior, enforcing water park rules, and maintaining the cleanliness of the water park area. You will also report any issues or concerns to the reception team and support team communication by following WHS procedures and escalating emergencies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and ensure correct wristbands are worn upon entry
  • Monitor guest behavior and enforce water park rules
  • Maintain cleanliness of the water park area, including tables, bins, and gardens
  • Report issues such as parking, cleaning needs, or safety concerns to Reception

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current First Aid certificate and Working with Children check (or be willing to obtain). You must also have strong customer service and cross-department communication skills, be able to work independently, make decisions, and raise concerns confidently. Additionally, you must be physically capable of occasional lifting, cleaning, and pool assistance, and bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the team.
