Job Title: Speech Pathologist

The role of a Speech Pathologist at Better Rehab involves working with a diverse caseload of adult and paediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities.

You will conduct meaningful assessments, design impactful therapy plans, and collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for your clients.

  • Conduct home and community visits as well as day centre sessions
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address client goals and needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
  • Prioritize case management and ensure timely completion of tasks and reports
About You:
  • A registered Speech Pathologist with current registration with SPA
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Able to work flexibly and be part of a collaborative team
