We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key position in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing.
  • They will also provide guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements.
  • Additionally, they will offer follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients.
  • The role involves educating patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to promote and upsell our product range and services.
  • They will also maintain and sterilize clinic equipment.

Your Skills

  • Prior experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills are critical for success in this role.
  • Independent clinic management capability is also highly desirable.
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction is necessary.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications is required.
  • A keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills are also essential.
