Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and growth of our Behaviour Support Practitioners.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Drive clinical excellence by promoting evidence-based practices and championing new initiatives.
  • Foster professional growth through facilitating learning and development activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve impactful results and implement solutions for participant and team success.

Requirements:
  • Currently endorsed as a Proficient, Advanced or Specialist Practitioner.
  • Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Registration Suitability Letter with extensive experience in community-based and/or disability settings.
  • Able to complete reports within timeframes to submit to the NDIS commission.
  • Positive attitude and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
  • Understands contemporary therapy practices and is passionate about achieving participant outcomes.
