Gallery Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced Gallery Manager to lead the successful opening and ongoing performance of a new flagship showroom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in premium retail management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the launch and daily operations of the new showroom
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Deliver an elevated customer experience aligned with our brand's premium positioning
  • Drive sales performance through strategic leadership
  • Maintain showroom standards, stock presentation, and visual merchandising excellence
  • Evaluate operational compliance, reporting, and loss prevention measures
  • Foster a positive, customer-first culture and collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in premium/luxury retail management (homewares, furniture, lifestyle, or fashion)

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams

• Exceptional customer service standards and a natural ability to build rapport

• Experience opening new retail locations is desirable but not essential

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive performance and manage operations

• Genuine interest in interiors, design, and creating inspiring retail spaces
